By accessing this website, for any reason you are consenting to these terms and conditions. Martin Wilkinson Jewellers retains the right to adjust the terms and conditions at any time.
Returns: You (the consumer) are responsible for returning any products back to us and we accept no responsibility until the item(s) are received on promises. How you send them back is up to you, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery which offers insurance cover, however as you are paying for the return delivery, it is your choice. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more information.
Complaints or Reviews: If you have any complaints or reviews you would like to send us, please send to – Martin Wilkinson, 3 Church Street, Newark, Notts, NG24 1DT.
Cancellations of orders: Cancellations must be made before a Despatched Email is sent to you.
Delivery: Our next day delivery option is specified as “posted and attempted to deliver to the given delivery address” if you are not in to sign for the parcel and have to go to your local sorting office to receive it another day, this is not our responsibility or fault for you not “receiving it next day”. Delivery window will only commence from the moment payment is authorised and not before. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more information.
Pricing: All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery and applicable additional charges are displayed in full at the checkout page. Prices in printed publications are correct at the time of publication and Martin Wilkinson reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. Prices of products may change and in any instances where an order has been made, the price will be reconfirmed or the order cancelled where necessary as soon as possible.
Sales: or offers may be withdrawn without prior notification.
Refunds: Once we have received item(s) to be refunded, it may take 10 working days to process the refund. Please be aware that dependant on your bank it may take up to five working days before those funds become cleared again in your account once the refund has been processed. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for more information.
Reserve & Collect: The person coming to collect and reserved items must bring with them their reservation number, form of ID (driving license or passport). Faulty goods: If you happen to receive faulty goods please return them to us and we will do our best to make it right, either by replacement or refund.
Contract of Goods: By completing and submitting an electronic order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Cosgroves The Jewellers T/A Martin Wilkinson Jewellers Newark, Notts, NG24 1DT. If accepted by us, you are entering a binding contract between us. The stages to these contract are laid out below:

Authorised payment given & received.
Confirmation email sent from us to you, the consumer.
Stock availability notification.
Despatch Email.
Receiving of goods.
30 day “cooling period” where any exchanges or refunds must be requested/processed.
Orders: We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any orders to our discrepancy. This may include the following reasons and others;
- Unauthorised payment.
- Cannot provide the ordered goods.
- Website error regarding price or availability.
In any instance where an order is not accepted or cancelled, you will be informed as soon as possible with any options that may be open to you in resolving the cancellation.

Payment: All goods belong to Martin Wilkinson Jewellers Newark until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse any payments/transactions at our discretion. We accept most major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal.
