Comyns Silver Barn Owl

Each Comyns lifelike sculptures are individually crafted in bonded porcelain to capture a particular moment, look or expression of an animal or faithfully reproduce an object. The finished sculpture is then enhanced with a generous layer of fine silver using sophisticated electro-deposit techniques. In all, each item goes through twelve different manufacturing processes the final being a protective sealant to preserve the bright finish.
